Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

The delivery takes place domestically (Germany)

The delivery is made to all EU member states

Shipping costs (including statutory value-added tax)

We do not charge shipping costs.

Provision of digital content:

There are no shipping costs for digital content (data that is created and provided in digital form). Digital content will be made available to you via a link communicated by email. The sending of this email with access details for the provision of digital content will occur within 24 hours after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Digital content will be provided to you in your customer account. The provision will take place within 24 hours after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). You will also be informed about the provision via email.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within the country (Germany) will take place within 3 - 5 business days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 business days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
